The Best Company Formation Agents in Singapore

Updated 18 agents evaluated7 listed

Singapore has a fixed government fee of S$315 and a legal requirement that stops most foreign founders in their tracks: at least one director must be ordinarily resident in Singapore. If you are not, you rent one, and that nominee director fee is charged again every year for as long as the company exists. It runs from about S$1,000 to S$5,000 annually and it dwarfs the incorporation fee. These agents are ranked on what a foreign founder actually pays, in year one and in year two. How we rank

Rank 01

Sleek

Best overall

Publishes the nominee director tiers separately instead of burying them in a bundle.

Updated
Why they’re on this list
  • Foreigner incorporation from about S$2,050, including a nominee director and a registered office address
  • Publishes the nominee tiers as separate line items: S$1,500 basic and S$1,800 mid, both with a refundable deposit, and S$2,400 executive with no deposit at all
  • That separation is the reason it ranks first. It is the only agent here that lets you see what the nominee costs on its own, which is the figure you will pay again next year
  • Local incorporation from S$650 for founders who already have a resident director and do not need the nominee at all
Rank 02

Osome

Best for short runway

Prices the nominee by duration, three months or twelve.

Updated
Why they’re on this list
  • Foreigner packages start at about S$2,438 with a three-month nominee director, rising to S$3,772 for the full twelve months
  • The three-month option is genuinely useful and rare: it fits a founder who is relocating and will become resident themselves before the year is out, and it is a trap for anyone who is not
  • Local incorporation plus the first year of company secretary at S$600
  • If you are not moving to Singapore, price the S$3,772 tier and ignore the headline, because that is the number that will repeat
Rank 03

3E Accounting

Best value for foreigners

The lowest published non-resident figure on this page.

Updated
Why they’re on this list
  • Non-resident packages from about S$2,713, and local incorporation from about S$533, both published rather than quoted
  • An accounting practice rather than a formation platform, so the annual compliance work is done in house by the same people
  • Cheaper than Osome's twelve-month nominee tier for a comparable arrangement, which is worth checking against your own requirements
  • Less polished as a product than Sleek or Osome. You are buying an accountant, not a dashboard
Rank 04

Margin Wheeler

The cheapest local package, with foreign involvement priced as a small add-on.

Updated
  • Local incorporation from S$600, with a full package at S$800 that covers the S$315 ACRA fee and a full year of company secretary
  • Charges only S$200 extra where there are foreign shareholders or directors, which is the most honest small-print pricing here
  • The nominee director itself is a separate charge on top, so this is the cheapest route only if you already have a resident director
  • Advertises incorporation within a day, which Singapore's registry genuinely supports when the paperwork is clean
Rank 05

Lanturn

Fully digital for foreigners, with the address and nominee priced as add-ons.

Updated
  • Registered address published at S$480 a year, quoted separately rather than folded into a package
  • Nominee director offered as a defined add-on, with a fully digital onboarding process aimed at founders who are not in Singapore
  • The modular pricing suits a founder who needs some pieces and not others, and makes a straight comparison against the bundled agents harder
  • Ask for the nominee figure in writing before comparing this against Sleek's published S$1,500 to S$2,400 range

The nominee director is the whole budget

Every other cost in Singapore is small and fixed. ACRA charges S$315. Company secretary and registered address are commodity services in the low hundreds.

Then there is the resident director requirement, and for a founder outside Singapore that is S$1,000 to S$5,000 every single year. Over three years it is larger than everything else on this page combined, and it is the line agents are least likely to break out.

That is the ranking criterion here. Sleek is first because it publishes the nominee tiers as separate, comparable numbers. Most of this market quotes one bundled figure for year one and lets you discover the renewal later.

Watch the duration, not just the price

Osome's entry package includes three months of nominee director. That is not a trick, and for a founder who is relocating and will hold an Employment Pass within the year it is genuinely the cheaper option.

For everyone else it means the real number is the twelve-month tier, and the gap between the two is over S$1,300. Read what period the nominee covers before comparing any two quotes on this page.

A nominee is a real director

Worth stating plainly, because the pricing conversation obscures it. A nominee director is appointed to the board, owes statutory duties, and carries personal liability for the company's compliance failures.

That is why providers take a security deposit, why they will refuse certain business activities, and why the cheapest nominee in the market is not automatically the one to take. If a provider is relaxed about who they will act for, that is information about how seriously they take the role.

The exit from the recurring fee

The nominee cost is not permanent. It ends when a founder becomes ordinarily resident in Singapore and joins the board, which normally means an Employment Pass.

If that is the plan, the agents with a licensed immigration practice are worth more than their formation quote suggests, because their incentive and yours point the same way. Agents with no immigration capability collect the nominee fee for as long as you keep paying it.

Frequently asked

S$315 to ACRA, covering the name application and the incorporation. That figure is fixed and identical whoever files it, so any quote above it is the agent's fee plus whatever services are bundled in.
